Unlike any other therapy, the Bowen Technique is a powerful, effective treatment that can get you results in as little as three treatments.

The Bowen Technique works by stimulating the free and fluid movement of the fascia of the muscles, tendons and organs at very specific points on the body.

This fascia is a sheet or band of fibrous connective tissue separating or binding together muscles and organs, and when the smooth movement is impaired by physical injury, stress, or daily life, the healthy functioning of the body is impaired and this can lead to symptoms such as migraine, back ache, irritable bowel and skin complaints.

There are no situations where the Bowen Technique cannot be used safely, for all ages, although certain procedures are avoided in some situations.
